Yutai Wallet — Shareholder Perk Manager
These Terms govern the use of the app "Yutai Wallet — Shareholder Perk Manager" (the "App") between the user and the provider (Studio Yourmini, the "Provider"). By using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms. They apply to both the iOS and Android versions.
The App is an information-management tool for recording and managing the shareholder vouchers you hold. It does not constitute investment advisory or agency services, financial-instruments intermediary services, or securities trading under Japan's Financial Instruments and Exchange Act, and it does not solicit or recommend buying, selling, or holding any particular financial instrument or stock.
Stock investment carries the risk of loss of principal. Investment decisions and transactions are your own responsibility. The Provider is not responsible for your decisions or actions based on the App's information.
Expiry dates, balances, usage rates, acquisition values and the like shown in the App are reference values based on the information you enter and are not guaranteed to be accurate or complete. For a perk's actual content, conditions, expiry, and accepting shops, check the issuing company's published information. Expiry notifications are a supplementary feature; the Provider is not liable for losses if you miss a deadline due to non-delivery or delay of a notification.
Purchases of the in-app "Premium" are processed through Apple's App Store (iOS) or Google Play billing (Android). Purchases and refunds follow each store's terms and policies. Due to the nature of digital content, refunds after purchase are generally not available. A Premium purchase is valid only on the store/platform where it was made and does not transfer between devices on different OSes.
In the free version, the App includes a rewarded video ad (Google AdMob) watched when raising the registration limit. The content and destinations of ads are the responsibility of the respective providers. Buying Premium removes ads.
The "shops that accept it" search passes a search keyword to an external map/search service (e.g., Google Maps); the content and accuracy of results are the responsibility of the destination service and the shop-information providers. Use of backup destinations (Google Drive, iCloud Drive, etc.) is subject to each service's terms.
Copyright and other intellectual property rights in the App and related content belong to the Provider or the rightful owners. Company and stock names you enter or that are displayed are trademarks of their owners, used nominatively to indicate the subject. The Provider is not affiliated with or endorsed by any issuing company or financial institution.
You must not violate laws, copy/modify/reverse-engineer the App (except as permitted by law), infringe the rights of the Provider or third parties, or otherwise interfere with the operation of the App.
The App is provided "as is." The Provider does not warrant its availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose and, to the extent permitted by law, is not liable for damages (including data loss) arising from use of or inability to use the App. Please back up your data yourself in preparation for device changes.
The Provider may revise these Terms as needed. Material changes will be announced appropriately, such as within the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute regarding the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the Provider's location.
