Yutai Wallet — Shareholder Perk Manager (the "App")

The Developer respects your privacy and handles personal and device information under the policy below. In principle, the App does not collect information that identifies you personally (name, email address, phone number, etc.). This policy applies to both the iOS and Android versions.
The following information you enter or register in the App is saved only in the App's dedicated area on your device.
Information about your shareholder vouchers (stock name, ticker code, expiry, amount, quantity, notes, perk type, photos, etc.) / notification settings, display settings and other app settings / attached photos (images of vouchers, cover letters, etc.) / usage history (date used, quantity used, amount used).
This data is never sent to an external server, and the Developer cannot view or obtain it.
In the free version, the App delivers only a "rewarded video ad" — watched when you raise the registration limit — via Google AdMob provided by Google LLC (there are no always-on banner ads). AdMob may obtain the following information needed to serve ads: the advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS / Advertising ID on Android, both resettable), IP address, device information (OS version, model, screen size, etc.), an approximate location (country/region level estimated from the IP address), and ad clicks/impressions.
On iOS, the App may ask for tracking permission via App Tracking Transparency (ATT) for personalized ads. If you decline, you simply see non-personalized ads and can keep using the app as normal. You can reset or opt out of personalization for the advertising identifier under iOS "Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking / Apple Advertising," or Android "Settings > Privacy > Ads."

If you purchase the in-app "Premium," the AdMob SDK is no longer called and the above information is no longer obtained.
"Premium" purchases are processed through Apple's App Store (StoreKit) on iOS and Google Play billing on Android, communicating with each store's servers only the information needed to confirm the purchase. The Developer never obtains payment information such as card numbers. Payment information is handled per Apple's and Google's respective privacy policies.
The App uses the following permissions only for the stated purposes (names vary by OS). Core features work even if you decline.

Photos you attach are saved in the App's dedicated directory on your device. The App never uploads, shares, or analyzes these photos. All photo data is deleted on uninstall.
The "find shops that accept your perk" feature only passes the stock name and search keyword to an external map/search service (e.g., Google Maps) via a URL; the App does not obtain location information such as your current position. The search results page is the responsibility of the destination service.
All App data is stored on your device and is not transmitted externally. You can delete all registered voucher data from "Delete data" in Settings. Uninstalling removes all app data, including photo files. ZIP files you export with the backup feature are saved to a location you choose (Google Drive, iCloud Drive, a local folder, etc.); the Developer does not access these files.
The App is not intended for children under 13. Because shareholder perks assume an adult holder, the target age is 13 or older. Children under 13 should use the App only with a guardian's consent.
Except as required by law, the Developer does not sell or provide your information to third parties. Information obtained by Google AdMob and the stores' billing services (Apple/Google) is subject to their respective privacy policies.
