Kizetsu Toshin
These Terms govern the use of the app "Kizetsu Toshin" (the "App") between the user and the provider. By using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
The App is an information and recording tool that supports continuing accumulation investing. It does not constitute investment advisory or agency, financial-instruments intermediary services, or securities trading under Japan's Financial Instruments and Exchange Act, and does not solicit or recommend buying, selling, or holding any particular financial instrument.
Investment carries the risk of loss of principal. Investment decisions and transactions are your own responsibility. The Provider is not responsible for your decisions or actions based on the App's information.
Displays such as gain/loss are reference values based on the units, acquisition price, net asset value, etc. that you enter, and are not guaranteed to be accurate or complete. For actual gain/loss and balances, check your brokerage's transaction statements.
Copyright and other intellectual property rights in the App and related content belong to the Provider or the rightful owners. Names such as "Orukan" and "eMAXIS" are trademarks of their owners, cited nominatively to indicate the subject. The Provider is not affiliated with or endorsed by any asset manager, index provider, or other financial institution.
You must not violate laws, copy/modify/reverse-engineer the App (except as permitted by law), infringe the rights of the Provider or third parties, or otherwise interfere with the operation of the App.
The App is provided "as is." The Provider does not warrant its availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose and, to the extent permitted by law, is not liable for damages arising from use of or inability to use the App.
The App may include ads (PR). Ads open an external link (browser), and their content and destinations are the responsibility of the respective providers.
The Provider may revise these Terms as needed. Material changes will be announced appropriately, such as within the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute regarding the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the Provider's location.
