Kizetsu Toshin (the "App")
The provider respects your privacy to the greatest extent and takes care in handling data.
The numbers you enter (units, acquisition price, gain/loss, etc.) are saved only inside your device and are never sent to an external server. Using the App requires no account and no entry of personally identifying information such as name or contact details.
The App itself does not obtain account registration or personally identifying information such as name or contact. The financial data you enter — units, acquisition price, gain/loss, etc. — is stored only on your device, is not sent to external servers, and is not used for advertising. However, because the App is free, it shows ads (Google AdMob), for which a third party (Google) obtains certain information. See "6. About advertising."
To show market information such as net asset values, the App may communicate to fetch publicly available information. This communication does not include the financial data you enter or any personally identifying information.
The App's notifications are local notifications generated on your device, limited to gentle content about continuing, your buddy, and milestones; it does not send notifications containing gain/loss or hype.
To keep the App free, it uses Google's advertising service "Google AdMob" to show banner ads. For ad delivery, Google and its ad partners may obtain and use information such as: the advertising identifier (IDFA / Advertising ID), device/OS information, ad usage such as impressions and interactions, and approximate information. These are used for showing/optimizing ads, fraud prevention and measurement, and may be used for personalized ads (tracking).
On iOS, the App asks for "tracking permission (App Tracking Transparency)" on launch. If you do not allow it, or restrict it in device settings, non-personalized ads are shown (you can keep using the app). You can reset or restrict the advertising identifier from device settings (iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security; Android: Ads settings).
The financial data you enter (units, acquisition price, gain/loss, etc.) is never sent or used for ad delivery. For details of Google's handling, see the Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses data in advertising. Tapping an ad (PR) or external link opens an external browser, and subsequent handling follows each destination's policy.
Data saved on your device is deleted by uninstalling the App.
The App is not primarily intended for standalone use by children.
This policy may be revised as needed. Material changes will be announced within the App or elsewhere.
