"Business Trip Note" lets you record business-trip expenses (transport, lodging, per diem, out-of-pocket costs, etc.) on the spot together with a receipt photo, and manage the total and reimbursement per trip (iOS / Android). Finish company reimbursements and your own records on your phone alone — no more re-typing into a notebook or spreadsheet. Your data is saved only on your device and is never sent to any external server. This App does not provide accounting, tax, or labor advice.
Record expenses grouped by trip (project) / classify by category such as transport, lodging, per diem and out-of-pocket / attach photos of receipts / auto-calculate the total and reimbursement (company vs. personal) per trip / register frequently used categories, per diems and fares as templates / record date, payment method (cash/card) and notes / export the settlement to CSV/PDF and share (Premium) / back up and import including photos / large text and a roomy, readable layout.
Where is my data stored?
Entirely on your device only. No account is required, and we cannot view or obtain your data. There is no cloud sync. Uninstalling deletes all data, including photos.
How do I prepare for a new device?
Export a file (including photos) with the backup feature and save it wherever you like (Google Drive, iCloud Drive, etc.), then import it on the new device. Please keep backups at your own responsibility.
Can I export the settlement?
With "Premium," you can export each trip's settlement to CSV/PDF and share or print it via email or other apps. Totals and per-category breakdowns are included.
Are the totals and reimbursements accurate?
Totals, reimbursement amounts and per diems shown are reference values based on what you enter. For your company's reimbursement rules and tax treatment, check with your accounting department, the tax office, or a professional. This App is an aid for recording and management, not accounting or tax advice.
