本規約は、本アプリ「不知火（The Fires Unknown）」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を、利用者と提供者（Studio Yourmini、以下「提供者」）との間で定めるものです。利用者は、本アプリを利用することで本規約に同意したものとみなします。本規約は iOS 版・Android 版の両方に適用されます。
本アプリは、オフラインでも遊べるシングルプレイ主体のターン制戦術シミュレーションゲームです。物語・地名・部隊等はすべて架空であり、実在の国家・団体・人物とは関係ありません。
1〜10面は、各面クリアごとにリワード広告を1本視聴することで次の面に進めます。11〜20面（追加マップ）は買い切りのアプリ内課金（500円）で解放されます。購入・決済は、iOS 版では Apple の App Store、Android 版では Google Play の課金サービスを通じて行われ、購入・返金の取り扱いは各ストアの規約に従います。デジタルコンテンツの性質上、購入後の返金は原則としてお受けできません。購入は購入したストア・プラットフォームでのみ有効です。
本アプリは、無料部分の提供のため Google AdMob によるリワード広告を表示します。広告の表示は利用者の操作を起点とし、内容および遷移先は各提供元の責任に帰します。
進行状況や遊びかけの盤面は端末内にのみ保存されます。端末の紛失・故障、アプリの削除、OS の更新等によるデータの消失について、提供者は責任を負いません。
本アプリおよび関連コンテンツに関する著作権その他の知的財産権は、提供者または正当な権利者に帰属します。
利用者は、法令違反、本アプリの複製・改変・リバースエンジニアリング（法令で認められる範囲を除く）、広告の不正なクリックや自動化された操作、その他本アプリの運営を妨げる行為を行ってはなりません。
本アプリは現状有姿で提供されます。提供者は、本アプリの可用性・正確性・特定目的への適合性を保証せず、法令で許容される範囲において、本アプリの利用または利用不能から生じた損害について責任を負いません。
提供者は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。重要な変更については本アプリ内等で告知します。
本規約は日本法に準拠し、本アプリに関して紛争が生じた場合は、提供者の所在地を管轄する裁判所を専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

These Terms govern the use of the app "The Fires Unknown" (不知火, the "App") between the user and the provider (Studio Yourmini, the "Provider"). By using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms. They apply to both the iOS and Android versions.
The App is a primarily single-player, turn-based tactical simulation game that can be played offline. Its story, place names, and units are entirely fictional and unrelated to any real nation, organization, or person.
Stages 1–10 are advanced by watching one rewarded ad after clearing each stage. Stages 11–20 (the additional maps) are unlocked by a one-time in-app purchase (¥500). Purchases and payments are handled through Apple's App Store (iOS) or Google Play billing (Android), and purchases and refunds follow each store's terms. Due to the nature of digital content, refunds after purchase are generally not available. A purchase is valid only on the store/platform where it was made.
The App displays rewarded ads via Google AdMob to support the free portion. Ads are shown in response to user action, and their content and destinations are the responsibility of the respective providers.
Progress and in-progress boards are stored only on your device. The Provider is not responsible for data loss due to device loss or failure, app deletion, OS updates, or similar causes.
Copyright and other intellectual property rights in the App and related content belong to the Provider or the rightful owners.
You must not violate laws, copy/modify/reverse-engineer the App (except as permitted by law), fraudulently click ads or use automated operations, or otherwise interfere with the operation of the App.
The App is provided "as is." The Provider does not warrant its availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose and, to the extent permitted by law, is not liable for damages arising from use of or inability to use the App.
The Provider may revise these Terms as needed. Material changes will be announced within the App or elsewhere.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute regarding the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the Provider's location as the court of first instance.
